  • To verify, prepare and forward purchase orders
  • To verify receipt of items
  • Authorising payments.
  • Communicating with Suppliers on status of outstanding orders as well as discrepancies with quality and quantity


To be considered you will:



  • Minimum 1-3 Years’ Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Must have a desire to learn, work in a team environment, and have a positive attitude.

  • Attentive to detail and record keeper
