Accounts Assistant Required

KEY TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assisting in administration of accounts payable and receivable;
  • Processing of employee expenses and other payments;
  • Processing of Credit Card transactions;
  • Payroll administration support;
  • Invoice preparation and debtor queries;
  • Receipting income and preparation of lodgements; 
  • Processing and reconciliation of cash book system;
  • Membership administration;
  • General administration duties;
  • Adhoc duties and projects as required.

 

To be considered you will:

Have:-

  • Understanding of key accounting principles and double entry book-keeping concepts;
  • Drive to learn and develop professional skills;
  • Keen attention to detail;
  • Excellent communications, team-working and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organisational skills and capability to work efficiently within set deadlines;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • Intact payroll experience would be an advantage but not essential.
