Consisting of complete Mechanical Services associated with the construction of a single storey extension (floor area 4,555m2) to the existing processing plant

Services included co-ordinating M&E Services, soils and wastes installation, hot and cold waterservices, heating and boilerhouse installation -supply, installation and commissioning of a proprietary gas fired cascade multi-boiler packaged system, consisting of 4 No. modulating wall mounted condensing natural gas fired boilers with an output ratingof 150kW each.

Also included was the installation of 2 No. 450kW external air cooled chillers serving the internal factory floor and vendor equipment, the ventilation works comprised of the installation of 9 No. AHUs within the factory ceiling void, this serves the factory through insulated ductwork throughout before being disbursed by means of fabric ducting. The project included installation of high temp steam lines that are serving the vendors equipment and linked back to the existing steam plant room.
