Consisting of complete Mechanical Services associated with the construction of a 429 No. bed spaces, generally arranged in 57 units of 6 en-suite bedrooms, 11 units of 5 en-suite bedrooms and 8 units of 4 en-suite bedrooms, with communal living area in each unit. The development is in 1 No. 5 storey block and 3 No.3 & 4 storey blocks.
Included co-ordination of M&E Services, installation of: soils and wastes, hot and cold water services, district heating, ventilation, boilerhouse, BMS controls, air conditioning, and natural gas services including connections to bathroom pods. Project was modelled & delivered to BIM Level 2 standards.
